Hello players,
All ingame, webshop and credits (donations) problems are welcomed and solved here.
Please observe these simple rules when making a post here in the problems section.
1. Make your subject related to your problem. Thread subjects like Asdasdasd will not be entertained and will be moved to the recycling bin immediately.
2. Explain briefly but clearly the nature of your problem. As simple and as clear as possible. This way admin will not have a hard time understanding your thread.
3. For cases of lost/missing items, items bought from webshop but does not appear ingame, credit (donation) problems. We need proof so we can properly check.
Provide proof (screenshots, or any pic, video if necessary) to support your claim. "NO PROOF = NO ACTION".
4. Please be patient and wait for admin's reply.
5. When your problem is solved by admin, please ask the moderator to close your thread.
*ABSOLUTELY NO SPAMMING IN THIS SECTION.
